Head (Engineering Services)

Job Responsibilities

• Provide engineering services and technical assistance to other departments.
• Ensure the technical competency of the engineering services and cater to the changing needs of the customers.
• Ensure the approved work processes are practiced and reviewed periodically for improvement.
• Assess and acquire resources to provide adequate engineering support.
• Establish liaison with customers to meet their needs in engineering services.
• Support the company in achieving established goals.
• Maintain and uphold staff welfare and career development.

Require Experience and Qualifications

• Possess an engineering degree qualification
• At least 10 years or more experience in aviation business
• Sound technical appreciation of aircraft platform modification, systems upgrade and cabin interiors business
• Self-motivated, customer focused, result-oriented, ability to take responsibility and lead projects
• Strong interpersonal, organisational, communication skills
