ADP is hiring a GlobalView Business Process Subject Matter Expert.
In this position you will be a member of ADP’s GlobalView® North America Transition to Service Team, a neutral team that sits between Implementation and Service to ensure that all clients are configured in a sustainable manner allowing service operations to support the client post go live, to meet contracted SLAs.
This key role Additionally, this role will help bridge the clients’ gaps in knowledge and testing and support the client’s preparation to take on responsible tasks post go live. This will allow for a better client experience and improved NPS results. This role will be key in identifying areas of improvement and service gaps, therefore proposing initiatives in conjunction with other Business Units.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Builds continuous knowledge of ADP GlobalView that instills confidence in our clients.
- Provide consultative advice and guidance to clients on payroll processes best practices.
- Continually maintains and upgrades knowledge and skill base through a wide variety of available resources to ensure familiarity; learns future products and new tools as they are deployed.
- Proactively seek ways to provide a better client experience, recommending enhancements to products and support processes.
- Participates in ongoing departmental improvement initiatives.
- Uncovers client needs, sources the cause of the issue through the use of effective probing techniques and provides resolutions ensuring a Stellar Service client experience.
- Creates accurate, reliable, and complete case activity updates suitable for maintaining an accurate knowledge base. Identifies, recommends, or refers any issues or opportunities which arise from client queries to the appropriate internal ADP Business Unit.
- Responsible for working with other Business Units to find efficiencies and streamline / standardize business processes and develop best practices.
- Create Business Process and Payroll Calendar Documentation.
- Prepare client facing supporting documentation and presentations.
- Support in pre-sales internal and client-facing meetings to present payroll processes as needed.
- Host and join client facing workshops onsite or remotely.
- Review client blueprint to highlight risks and deviations.
- Perform risk analysis on deviations to discuss with internal teams and clients.
- Perform client specific knowledge transfer to service teams.
- Create and maintain client Knowledge Article in ADP Search.
- Expertise on set-up, validation and testing in automation for payroll processing.
- Suggest client specific UAT scenarios.
- Execute testing in UAT and Quality environment as needed.
- Identify improvement opportunities to processes and GlobalView products.
- Train clients in specific processes as needed.
- Perform parallel and simulation payroll processing as needed.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- Appropriate tertiary level education or equivalent industry experience required.
- At least 3 years of experience with ADP GlobalView North America payroll processing required.
- Good knowledge on MS Windows Applications: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Sharepoint
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:
- Expertise in Canada Payroll processing and compliance is a plus
- Ability to prioritize tasks and time management skills
- Strong relationship management and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Fluent English (verbal and written) required
- Self-starter, sense of urgency and works well under pressure
- Strong attention to detail
- Good knowledge of the toolset used within ADP GlobalView SAP

Salary range for this role is $75,600 – $202,590 / year.
