Job Overview
As a Freelance Customer Service Agent with CG Nation, you will play a vital role in ensuring our Camper community receives outstanding support.
You’ll work remotely, providing assistance via phone and live chat to our valued Campers. We take pride in celebrating our customers’ achievements as they embark on their fitness journey.
In collaboration with our Trainers, you will educate and inspire new Campers to explore our diverse range of products.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct support and maintain open communication with CG Campers through phone and live chat.
Assist Campers with inquiries about memberships, and join in celebrating their successes on their fitness journey.
Collaborate with our Trainers to educate and motivate new Campers, introducing them to our wide array of products.
Showcase your adaptability by thinking on your feet and devising innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Stay up-to-date with our core products and services to provide accurate information and assistance.
Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in high-volume customer service is preferred.
A solutions-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to achieving goals.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to effectively manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks.
Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems.
