DPR Construction is seeking a self-motivated, organized, and personable Facilities Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day functions of our Atlanta office and Prefab Assembly Facility (PAF). You will be responsible for acting as the “face” of DPR: you pride yourself on anticipating the needs of our offices, employees, and visitors, strive to make people feel welcome and are willing to be our foremost culture champion. This position will work with all members of the organization, as well as our clients and vendors, and will be responsible for the following:
- Maintenance of storage room
- Fitness area management, keeping yoga room presentable
- Trash removal/shredding/recycling
- Manage external facility vendors such as: Landscaping, HVAC service, cleaning, pest control, security, facility testing, and inspections, etc.
- Office furniture maintenance needs
- Managing renovations and refurbishments (Day 2 work)
- Management of non-core office areas such as lockers, bathrooms, warehouse, gym, etc.
- Maintenance issues
- Maintain First Aid/AED supplies
- Fire extinguishers/Exit signs
- Develop and maintain Crisis Management Plan
- Security/badging – activating and keeping stock of badges
- Security system management
- Keyfob and physical key management
- Office organization – frequent rounds throughout the day to ensure efficiency and cleanliness
- Maintain printers and stock of office supplies (shared with OC)
- Support events as needed day of and resetting space after
- Internal customer service
- Receiving of shipments, deliveries, packages
- Organization and upkeep of shelving, storage, and laydown spaces
- Inventory control
- Organization of what gets dropped off, what is stored, and where
- Other duties as required
Requirements
- 3+ years of successful experience within an office/facilities management function in a fast-paced or high-volume environment
- Genuine alignment with DPR’s core values (Integrity, Enjoyment, Uniqueness and Ever Forward)
- This is an in-office role, and will require being onsite between 8am – 5pm, with occasional later hours as needed
- High attention to detail with proven organizational skills is a must
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (OneDrive, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.)
- Track record of delivering extraordinary customer service
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of role and responsibilities
- Strong work ethic and a “can-do” attitude
- Outstanding interpersonal, verbal and written communication
- Exceptional time management
- Certified Forklift Operator strongly preferred
