Role and Responsibilities
Management of Quality Management System (QMS) and Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) i.a.w. with ISO and AS standards
Manage, develop, and enhance Quality and Safety manuals, standard operating procedures, policies
Take charge and maintenance of Maintenance Organisation Expositions (MOE) and Certification Audits as required by the respective Civil Aviation Authority. Liaise with National Aviation Authority representative.
QAE In-Charge and Oversight of the Quality and Safety of delegated workshop
Promote and manage Quality and Safety campaigns
Conduct internal quality audits, external audits on local and overseas vendors
Take charge of audits conducted by aviation authorities and customers.
Identify technical training requirements and overseeing competency needs for technical staff
Manage and consolidate Quality and Safety data for reports
Conduct investigations
Assist the QM in developing, reviewing, improving and implementing quality and safety management procedures
Attend meetings and other duties as delegated by the Quality Manager
Job Requirements
Preference for engineering/aerospace related Diploma or Degree
Preference for candidates with at least 2 to 3 years of experience in aviation AMO, MRO company.
Have knowledge and/or good understanding of the Air regulations, ISO, AS standards
Added preference for knowledge of CAAS, FAA, EASA requirements.
Knowledge of Safety Management Systems
Independent, continuous improvement attitude
