CHALLENGES
You will assist the department Manager/HOD in the development and management of the Contact Centre. You will be involved in resource planning and staff management to ensure efficient deployment of staff.
You will also review, improve and streamline workflow processes to ensure Contact Centre operates at optimal level.
In addition, you will need to support projects at department/hospital levels in fulfilling project objectives and implementation. You will actively support project planning, define and track project requirements, manage project progress from initiating to implementing the project system.
The project executive scope will include:
- Support budget paper preparation and RFP/RFQ request.
- Support the start-to-finish delivery of projects and ensure timelines and users’ requirements are all met.
- Proactively engage stakeholders to update on the project progress
- Tracks project progress closely and flag out any risks/issues of the project and takes appropriate preventive measures or resolution
- Ensures timely updates and submission of reports for projects.
Requirements:
- Preferably Degree holder or minimum Diploma holder from a recognised institution.
- Minimum 5 years working experience in a call centre or customer service environment.
- Driven and motivated to work under pressure.
- Proactive, resourceful and a good team player.
- Possess good communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
