Roles and Responsibilities
- Design, develop and implement Data-related Governance Framework, policies and standards and processes including recommendations/feedback to management
- Work internally with respective stakeholders (e.g. IT, Admin, Clinic Operations) to embed operational processes to support the policy objectives
- Review and update departments’ data management and data inventory map to ensure that data management processes comply with the Framework & policies
- Respond to any staff or public enquiries or requests on PDPA & compliance matters and facilitate escalation when necessary
- Conduct periodic audits, and prepare customised training materials, write-up that are relevant to PDPA & Cybersecurity policies, Data Governance and Compliance and Standards (examples ESS)
- Follow up closely on the reported data breach or cybersecurity incidents to ensure proper closure and reporting to stakeholders
- Other areas of work includes providing coverage for coordinating/supporting Lean Management, Quality-related programmes and Training/Quality Improvement (QI) projects
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in a quantitative subject with any form of accreditations in data protection, cybersecurity and/or data governance preferred
- Preferred 3-5 years of related working experience in the areas of data protection, cybersecurity, governance and data management
- Must have experience writing and implementing policies
- Independent and persuasiveness to engage with stakeholders
- Strong analytical, communication and writing skills
- Experience in quality management systems, system audits, patient safety, improvement projects/ initiatives will be an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Computer Softwares
- Experience in training and presentation.
