To maintain an efficient and smooth running of the Department’s administrative and secretariat functions, providing support for all administrative matters. Liaison person to facilitate inter-department or intra-department communication.
Duties:
- Assist in general administrative duties, meeting coordination and logistics
- Maintain inventory and provide procurement support
- Support operations, internal and external events or functions
- Provide secretarial support to the department when required
- Support any other duties assigned by supervisor and/or Head of Department
Job Requirements
- Diploma in any discipline
- Minimum 1 year experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Microsoft Words, Excel and Powerpoint
- Meticulous, good organisation and coordination skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong team player
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
