Major Duties and Responsibilities
Programme Coordinator, Diabetes School* (under DM School)
- Engage and enrol patients for Learning Management System (LMS)
- As the point of contact, to explain the initiative/programme details, provide logistics and technical support for patients who need to navigate the LMS platform
- Administer user accounts, ensure patients have access to LMS materials, send out reminder notifications as necessary to improve retention and completion rate
- Liaise, provide feedback and update the Project Team on matters pertaining to patients’ ability to access and navigate learning materials, and to maintain participation
- Coordinate with data analytics teams and clinical leads to extract data, generate reports, perform analysis and reporting
- Keep records of enrolment, maintain proper documentation, monitor patients’ usage
- Support ad-hoc activities including coordination of meetings, project/programme planning and management as assigned by Supervisor
Project/Admin Coordinator, DM Education for Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) Project
- Coordinate with various stakeholders (e.g. Family Groups, NHG College) to harmonise content materials and timeline
- Assist to upload and maintain content materials for the eLearncurriculum accurately
- Support and work with institutions on the recruitment and enrolment of HCPs
- Support in feedback collation and generate reports for evaluation
- Support ad-hoc activities including coordination of meetings, project/programme planning and management as assigned by Supervisor
Project /Secretariat Support
- Provide administrative support to NHG Diabetes and Metabolic Steering Committee and its workgroups and projects (e.g. DM Education Workgroup, Tiered Weight Management Workgroup, and events such as NHG World Diabetes/Obesity Day)
- This includes but not limited to meeting coordination and working with Project Lead(s) to curate meeting agenda, draft minutes of meeting, follow up on matters arising, and project/programme planning
Any other special projects, as and when assigned by Supervisor.
Job Requirements
Education/Experience
- Minimum diploma holder in any major
- Experience in the social care or healthcare industry will be an advantage
- Preferably possess written, analytical, communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in various computer applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
Personal Attributes
- Good team player, self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills necessary for engagement of different stakeholders within the regional health system.
- Able to multi-task and adapt to a fast-paced working environment.
