Executive Assistant (Content Creator), Corporate Communications

Broad Function

You will support the Corporate Communications as a social media content creator to help build awareness on healthcare sector and issues. 

Key Responsibilities and Duties

•          Develop new, creative and highly engaging video content to build awareness on healthcare sector and issues

•          Plan storyboard, script, shoot and edit videos that are fun, original and educational for social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram and Facebook

•          Strong understanding of social media target audiences so as to engage, inform, educate and motivate them

•          Measure and analyse performance based on social media algorithms

•          Establish evolving social media best practices

•          Working on several campaigns at once, sometimes under pressure and often to tight deadlines

Job Requirements

•          Diploma or Degree in Digital Media or related course

•          At least 3 years of experience in creative agency or social media department, or impressive track record in creating video content

•          Proficient in storytelling, video editing, photography and videography

•          Great project management skills, while collaborating across various departments

•          Knowledge in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro or Lightroom. Knowledge in other Adobe software is a plus

•          Active on social media sites like TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc. and up-to-date with on-going trends

•          Able to work well in a team and have a positive attitude

•          Possess good communication, persuasion and people management skills, results-oriented, self-motivated, driven and resourceful
