Executive

The Data Executive will be required to:

1. Distribute, collect and consolidate all ICD and PPM procedures from 4D System and manually update all data collected and input into the SCDBNET database.

2. All patients who undergo ICD PPM EPS to do follow up and monitor for outcome event for 3-month and 1-year period. All patients who undergo ICD PPM EPS to do follow up and monitor for outcome event for 3-month and 1-year period.

3. Patients who undergo PCI will be monitored for outcome event for 1 month, Patients who undergo PCI will be monitored for outcome event for 1 month and 1 year.

4. Completed PCI/ Cors data will be electronically exported 6 monthly to NHC for input into the SCDBNET database.

5. All data must be keyed into the SCDBNET database before Audit Meeting every year.

6. Liaise closely with SCDB staff regarding Liaise closely with SCDB staff regarding Audit Meeting and any oversights are to be corrected.

7. Attending meeting at NHC regarding any updating of the PCI forms and keep The Cardiology staff informed regarding Changes.

8. Sending 3 monthly data of PCI/Cors /ICD/PPM to NHC as requested.

9. All incorrect race of patients in the 4D system must be corrected before exporting data to NHC for input into the SCDBNET database. Any discrepancy in date of admission must be corrected, before exporting data to NHC.

The person will also be required to support the supervisor in the following:
