Health Kampung is an initiative by the National Healthcare Group (NHG) to build empowered, caring and healthy communities in Central-North Singapore by activating residents towards better health and building greater community ownership.
We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated individual to join the Centre for Health Activation as a Project Management Executive. You will work with a team of multidisciplinary stakeholders to drive the end-to-end planning and development of the Health Kampung, related digital services and community engagement and outreach activities.
What you will be working on
As a Project Management Executive, your roles and responsibilities would include, but not limited to the following:
- Drive the planning and development of Central Health’s Health Kampung and model of care
- Design the end-to-end user experience for Health Kampung’s programmes, digital services and models of resident engagement and activation
- Nurture partnerships with Central Health’s community partners, national agencies and NHG institutions to collectively build a larger Health Kampung that extends to residents living in Central-North Singapore.
- Perform the role of fund administrator to oversee and manage the approved Central Health Enabling Fund for Health Kampung. This includes regular reporting to Funders and tracking of outcome indicators.
- Research and gather qualitative insights on key health and social care topics such as social prescribing, health activities, behavioural and implementation science.
- Plan and conduct user research (e.g., interviews, surveys, usability test) to analyse quantitative and qualitative data and communicate insights
- Develop multi-pronged communication strategies and platforms to drive adoption of Health Kampung amongst residents, patient education and nudge behavioural changes.
- Co-design the user interface and user experience of the digital app version of Health Kampung @ NHG Cares App.
What we are looking for
Education
- Preferably a Degree in social sciences, behavioral science, public health, life sciences, psychology, or a related field will be an advantage
Experience
- Relevant experience and knowledge as a UX Designer, Interaction Designer or related
- Experience and/or interest in planning and conducting user research
- Experience with UX design best practices to design opportunistic models and approaches for resident engagement, health activation and community ownership.
Personality
- Strategic thinker with the ability to lead and influence behaviours to get work done
- Excellent people skills and an upbeat and enthusiastic attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Resourcefulness in problem solving and resilient in overcoming challenges
- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and manage projects independently
- Strong work ethics
- Strong organisational and event management skills, with a keen eye for details
- Familiar with design software and up-to-date with technology
