Role Summary
The ERP Sr. Program Manager – Functional Lead works in the Finance Technology department of the Enterprise Technology Solutions (ETS) workgroup. They oversee the planning, implementation, and management of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, CMiC, to support business processes. CMiC is a comprehensive ERP solution designed specifically for the construction industry. This role involves cross-functional collaboration with various groups to understand their needs and maintain the integrity of the system. The Functional Lead is familiar with the project management, finance, accounting, and payroll modules within CMiC or equivalent ERP system. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and strong communication skills to deliver value on company goals and continuous improvement initiatives.
Role Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate diverse technology products, projects, and strategic initiatives within a program.
- Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to Integrated Workgroups within One DPR
- Guide the strategic roadmap for product features, technology, and integrated workgroup alignment.
- Develop, implement, and assess program governance, strategic plans, and objectives.
- Direct cross-functional teams of project managers, business analysts, database and network administrators, developers, solution architects and application administrators to ensure the delivery and execution of projects and maintenance.
- Develop, implement, and assess program governance, strategic plans, and objectives.
- Contribute to the creation of comprehensive program reports, materials, and content.
- Supervise program plans, ensuring accurate tracking of progress and adjustments.
- Communicate a clear vision and direction for the program.
- Participate in sprint planning meetings to help the team understand the priorities and requirements.
- Identify and implement enhancements to streamline team efficiency and processes.
- Cultivate strong relationships with vendors.
- Coordinate project activities and dependencies effectively.
- Establish and manage the program budget meticulously.
- Engage in stakeholder management activities.
- Provide mentorship and exemplary leadership to team members.
- Lead a team of project managers and business analysts with effectiveness and agility.
- Act as the Sr. Program Manager of the ERP Programs
Role Requirements
Education
Required
- Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. A business degree with a strong technical background is also acceptable. Experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
Desired
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field. A business degree with a strong technical background is also acceptable. Experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
- Proficient with project management methodologies (Agile, Lean, Waterfall, and Scrum) or a related discipline.
- Certification in Project Management (CAPM), Project Management Professional (PMP), or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
- Adept in various project management applications such as Miro, Asana, SmartSheet, Power BI, Monday.com, MS Project, and PowerPoint.
Knowledge & Experience
- 7+ years of experience developing and managing project plans, schedules and budgets for ERP implementations and projects.
- 5+ years of experience leading and coordinating resources to meet milestones and deliverables and facilitating communication between technical and business teams to ensure alignment and understanding.
- 5+ years of experience in collaborating with diverse stakeholders, including leadership, end users and external vendors.
- 5+ years of experience working in CMiC or equivalent ERP systems in relation to system configuration, customization, and integrations with understanding of database management and IT infrastructure.
- Knowledge of construction industry processes and workflows and financials or managing ERP systems for construction companies
- Strong Knowledge of application deployment concepts including utilization of multiple application or system environments (development, testing, staging, and production), testing, and rollbacks.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Working knowledge of traditional/waterfall and agile project management principles and associated tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Familiarity with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) best practices, tools, and processes such as asset, access, incident, and problem management; change control; and service request fulfillment.
- Experiencing in leading and mentoring a team of ERP professionals
Work Conditions
- Prolonged periods of sitting and/or standing at a computer screen.
- Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
- Occasional domestic travel, via airplane, will be required for meetings.
This is a hybrid role with most time being spent working from home. Attendance at important meetings and events at the local DPR office is required.

Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Salary is just one component of DPR’s total compensation package. Denver Pay Range: $103,028 to $154,542 per year. Colorado Springs Pay Range: $93,662 to $140,492 per year.

Salary is just one component of DPR’s total compensation package. San Diego Pay Range: $103,028 to $154,542 per year.
Anticipated starting pay range: between $80,000 and $154,000
