For over a decade, the App Store has proved to be a safe and trusted place to discover and download apps. The App Store makes it easy for users on iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple TV, Apple Vision Pro, and Apple Watch to discover and download apps, games, and sticker packs. The team continues to innovate the platform – which is home to over 2 million apps in over 40 languages and 175 regions around the world— each created using our own software development kit and services! All those apps mean the store takes billions of requests from more than 500 million visitors every week across iOS, macOS, tvOS, iPadOS, watchOS and visionOS platforms. To deliver such a rich experience at this scale, Program Managers partner with Engineering, Design and other cross-functional partners to build high-performance systems backed up by robust testing. In a world where apps have become essential in people’s daily lives, the App Store team has become essential to Apple’s business!
