Responsibilities
- Maintain MS servers, storage and backup solution in Windows environment.
- Deploy, trouble shoot, maintain, upgrade and support IT infrastructures including LAN, WAN, firewall, servers, storage and associated network devices.
- Upgrade systems with new releases and models.
- Maintenance and patching of Windows servers and end-user PCs.
- Experience in Network security / WAN connectivity.
- Support the organization’s IT governance portfolio.
- Handle daily Level-1 and 2 technical requests on desktop support.
- Perform routine systems and network monitoring.
- Maintaining and enhancing the user guide and documentation
- Handling and maintaining IT assets – software and hardware including licensing.
- Support audit and compliance activities.
Requirements
- Minimum diploma in Information System or equivalent.
- Min 2 years of working experience with a strong technical background.
- Experience in Virtualization, VMWare and Microsoft Hyper-V will an added advantage
- Ability to create scripts in Python, Perl or other language.
- Good interpersonal, presentation & communication skills.
- Well organized and able to work independently with min supervision.
- A team player with good analytical and problem-solving skills
