Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain cybersecurity requirements for the company
- Troubleshoot operations system IT issues including PC hardware and network
- Support implementation of new systems and system changes
- Work with different stakeholders including equipment suppliers for IT systems’ hardware and software matters
- Monitor and liaise with Corporate IT on any Group IT policy changes and ensure implementation across the various systems
- Aid in customers’ requests for reports
- Involve in Disaster Recovery Exercises for various systems
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management
- Standby IT support on Saturdays
- Implement changes to systems after office hours including Sundays (when required)
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology or related fields
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in area of field engineer, system support/administrator and has knowledge in programming, debugging and SQL database language and query
- Proficient in visual studio .net framework using vb.net and crystal reports will be an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and Windows Server
- Knowledge in AWS cloud will be an advantage
- Possess good attitude, time management, and coordination skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to learn new/latest technologies
- Able to work well independently or in a team environment
