Electrical Engineer / Senior Electrical Engineer

As an Electrical Engineer / Senior Electrical Engineer, you will be part of a team that is responsible for designing, developing, integrating, and testing of electrical and electronic components for unmanned naval systems of systems.

You will work closely with multiple teams and vendors to ensure the interoperability, compatibility, and functionality of multiple subsystems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, integrate, and test electrical systems for complex systems of systems, including selection of components, power distribution, and wiring.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers and stakeholders to ensure that electrical systems meet design requirements.
• Develop and maintain electrical system specifications, design documents, and other technical documentation.
• Conduct analyses, simulations, and tests to evaluate electrical systems’ performance and identify issues.
• Identify, analyse, and resolve design issues and technical problems related to electrical systems.
• Participate in design reviews and provide technical guidance and support to other team members.
• Ensure that electrical systems comply with industry standards and regulations, including safety standards.
• Support manufacturing and installation teams during system deployment and testing phases, including hands-on installation and cable termination works.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Entry level candidates are welcome
• Applicants with more than 3 years of relevant experience may be considered for more senior positions.
• Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles and practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
