This opportunity is exclusively for students who are currently on, or who have previously participated in a Disney College Program.
The approximate dates of this internship are January 2025 through June 2025.
What You Will Do
We are looking for someone with a passion for Disney Programs, who can speak knowledgeably about program offerings and benefits and apply their creative expertise to support communication to, for and about our Program participants.
As a Digital Content Intern, some of your responsibilities may be…
- Helping to tell the Disney Programs story through engaging, short and long form videos, photography and social media content.
- Collaborating with team members and partners to produce content, ensuring work adheres to brand guidelines and meets Disney’s standards of quality.
- Brainstorming, planning and facilitating shoots, including managing schedules, communicating with talent and leading production.
- Staying up to date on video and social media trends.
- Maintain and manage digital asset libraries as well as photo/video equipment inventory.
- Attending program and housing events, trips and offerings to capture content and highlight the full program experience.
- Supporting Program events, including arrivals and end-of-program capstone events.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Current OR previous participation in the Disney College Program.
- Experience in social media, photography and videography (production and editing).
- Passion for all things creative.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- A great teammate who is able to establish relationships, works well with others, shares ideas, and is receptive to feedback.
- A self-starter who is able to work independently, prioritize multiple projects, and handle confidential information.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in project management.
- Experience in content creation/design for social media platforms.
Education
- Must be enrolled in an accredited college/university taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) prior to participation in the internship program, OR must have graduated from a college/university within 6 months, OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Professional Internship
- A student studying in their junior or senior year, or recent graduate within 6 months of graduation date is eligible to apply.
- A major in Digital Media, Multimedia, Photography/Videography, Communications, Marketing, or related major is preferred.

- An electronic online portfolio is required as part of this application process. This portfolio must be included as a URL link on your resume, and should include examples of social media content, photography and/or videography.
Eligibility Requirements & Program Information
Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have not completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or program.
- Possess unrestricted work authorization
Additional Information
- Be compliant with The Disney Look appearance guidelines.
- Able to have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship.
- The approximate dates of this internship are January 2025 through June 2025.
- Able to provide/have reliable transportation to/from work.
