What to Expect
The Supercharger Design Lead seeks to realize and improve customer experience, efficiencies and cost optimizations for all phases prior to construction of Tesla’s Supercharger projects including feasibility, layout, design and permitting. The ideal candidate has solid hands-on experience managing infrastructure projects, demonstrates clear-headed problem solving, and has the skills to work collaboratively with internal business units and externally with vendors and stakeholders. - Travel as needed to accomplish the above goals (20-50% travel)
- Directly design 1 – 4 projects on-going to keep in touch with the work
- Train and support new hires to enable them to create their own drawings and sketches
What You’ll Bring
