Introduction to Group Technology Office
The Group Technology Office (GTO) drives the development and application of advanced dual-use technologies for our Commercial and Defense businesses. This includes accelerating our push for digitalization of our BAs’ operations and processes using data analytics, 5G and blockchain and leveraging these digital technologies to create next generation products and solutions. GTO also identifies and develops technology roadmaps for new and potentially disruptive technologies like quantum technology, advanced materials and green technologies, that may have significant business impact in the future. These are often carried out through a research and innovation ecosystem consisting of external partners and collaborators, including universities, research institutes and startups.
Key Job Accountabilities:
- Conduct research & development to create novel cyber security technologies
- Develop proof-of-concepts and use-case demonstrations of research outcome
- Prepare research proposals for grant applications to secure research funding
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- Candidates with a PhD, Master’s degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or closely-related areas
- Prior experience in securing research grants with a good track record of peer-reviewed publications
- Prior R&D experience in the areas of post quantum cryptography, IoT/IIoT security, hardware security, signal processing, vulnerability & threat research, deep learning, adversarial AI and/or explainable AI
- Strong programming and analytical skills
- Strong written and communication skill
