ADP is hiring a Custom Plan Ops Specialist II. In this position you will be responsible for the backend processing of some of ADP’s largest retirement clients. To be successful in this position, you will need to have an attention to detail along with strong time management skills, be proficient in Microsoft office (specifically excel), and have a drive for learning new things. Duties include: ensuring quality standards; processing and posting non standard/non payroll transactions; and, researching and resolving open items as a result of processing.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managing a workbasket of numerous different types of participant transactions and having them all completed within a set timeframe (SLA).
- Working together with the team to complete monthly product changes (P2P/Spin-Offs).
- Occasionally fielding questions from our clients regarding payroll submissions.
- Proactive collaboration with internal teams to understand downstream effects of recordkeeping transactions.
- Associates on this team are expected to be proficient in problem solving and data analytics along with being skilled in organization, prioritization, and effective communication. These traits will be critical to accomplishing their day-to-day work.
- Regularly communicate with internal teams, team members, and leadership via email and an instant messaging system (Webex).
- Working independently to ensure that assigned duties are completed timely.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- 1 – 3 Years of Related Experience
- Data Entry Experience
- Experience in Microsoft office
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:
- College Degree
- Working experience with 401(K) retirement plans
- ASPPA QKA certification
- Knowledge of ADP recordkeeping systems
- Experience in a client service environment
