Job Details:
We are looking for Project Managers and Superintendents specializing in Structural repair and renovation solutions to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a wide range of construction projects, from structural repair and Concrete renovation to waterproofing, painting, interior design, and more. This exciting role involves overseeing all aspects of project management, including contract management and quality control, and requires a deep understanding of concrete restoration, deck renovations, corrosion control, stucco repair, window systems, and cable repair. If you have a passion for construction, a keen eye for detail, and a proven track record in project management, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of construction project management, from initial planning to completion.
• Manage a variety of construction projects, including structural repair, renovation, waterproofing, painting, interior design, concrete restoration, deck renovations, corrosion control, stucco repair, window systems, and cable repair.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop detailed project plans and track project performance against these plans.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of projects.
• Manage the relationship with all stakeholders, including clients and subcontractors.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
• Report and escalate to management as needed.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Ensure all projects adhere to quality standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of proven working experience as a project manager in the construction industry.
• Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in structural repair, renovation, concrete, waterproofing, painting, interior design, build, concrete restoration, deck, deck renovations, corrosion control, stucco repair, stucco, window systems, project manager, superintendent, concrete repairs, cable repair, cable, renovations.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
• Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done.
• Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
• Strong working knowledge of Project Management, Contract Management, and Quality Control.
