Job Description:
- Perform repair processes such as plasma spray, water jet, shot peening, heat treatment, cleaning, masking, blasting, sheetmetal etc
- Meet repair production schedule and delivery requirements
- Participate in cost control initiatives and continuous improvement projects/events
- Any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- NITEC or equivalent, preferably with experiences in the component overhaul/repair industry
- Knowledge and skills in any repair process, e.g. plasma spray, water jet, shot-peening, heat treatment etc
- Able to perform rotating shift work, and support overtime, if required
