| Purpose of the Job:Responsible for Engine MRO operations for Commercial Engines Business Unit |
| Key Job Accountabilities:Oversee all aspects of engine MRO operations for Commercial Engines Business UnitProduct portfolio comprises of CFM56 and LEAP narrow body aircraft enginesDrive operational excellence and be accountable for engine on-time delivery and contractual TAT, cost control, productivity hit-ratio metrics as well as quality and safety compliancePlan and control engine build plans as well as allocate manpower and resources to meet monthly engine delivery commitments as per customers’ expectationsManage engine revenue hours to meet productivity hit-ratio and profit targetsEnsure compliance of quality standards and regulations laid down by airworthiness authorities and engine OEMsPromote a safety culture within the production team and coordinate all environment health and safety issues for the business unit to ensure a safe workplaceLead in customer focus teams to liaise with customers and coordinate with various functions such as Sales, Customer Support, Materials and Engineering to ensure customer satisfaction in all engine maintenance programsProvide leadership and guidance to a production team of Workshop Engineers, Service Engineers and Technicians |

| Required Experience and Qualifications:Mechanical/Aeronautical Engineering Degree with at least 3 years relevant experience as Production Manager or Workshop Manager in Aviation IndustryKnowledge and experience in aircraft engine workshop practices and MRO of gas turbine engines will be a plusKnowledge of aviation authority regulations (CAAS, FAA, EASA, CAAC)Proven leadership track record with strong ability to drive and deliver resultsHighly motivated and self-directed with excellent problem-solving and analytical skillsAble to work in a fast-paced environment and interact effectively with all operational levels of organization |
