Cloud Security Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Cloud Security Consultant, who design, implement and maintain cloud security solutions for cloud computing environment, in accordance with security policies, standards and best practices.   You will also be responsible for researching, designing, building and managing cloud-based security products/services that help to protect and secure our clients’ cloud assets.  

Responsibilities 

• Assist in the development of a secure cloud architectural blueprint and practice that support the organization business objectives and technical requirements.  Promote and raise adaption of the secure cloud architecture and practices.
• Design, architect, review, develop and maintain a cloud architecture and cloud security solutions that protect the cloud systems which include compute, storage, network and applications.
• Research and understand disruptive forces on digital transformation and cloud security technology, and its impact to the cloud architecture and cloud security business strategy.
• Assist in the creation and delivery of cloud security services to achieve the desired business outcomes, through working closely with subject matter experts from various business areas.
• Consult on cloud security solutions deployed in projects to harmonize with the secure cloud architecture and identify area of improvement in the cloud architecture to accommodate immediate or future needs.
• Work closely with product managers, product owners and peers to support their adoption of cloud security solutions/services.
• Design and architect cloud security solutions for customers’ infrastructure, applications and workloads, in accordance with their business and technical requirements.
• Perform deployment, administration, management, configuration, testing and integration of cloud security solutions and multi-account cloud architecture, which include compute, storage, network, applications.
• Identify, analyze and resolve vulnerabilities and issues identified in the cloud security solutions and multi-account cloud architecture.
• Design, implement and maintain the DevOps tools to build a secure cloud-based orchestration platform for infrastructure as code. 
• Design, develop and maintain the cloud security solutions for CI/CD pipelines that provide continuous integration, testing, delivery, and continuous delivery/deployment practices for agile software development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity or related field
• Certified information systems security professional (CISSP), and/or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) or related field
• 3 – 5 years of design, implementation and operation experience in a large enterprise environment, with good knowledge in cloud technologies and cloud security solutions, infrastructure and network design, servers and storage, virtualization, especially assuming an architecture or engineering role
• Good knowledge of Cybersecurity technologies, practices, operations, vulnerability and risk management
• Strong knowledge with hands-on experience in cloud systems (e.g. AWS, Azure or Google), cloud security technologies (e.g. Cloud-Native Application Protection Platform (CNAPP), Cloud Workload Protection Platform (CWPP), Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM), Secure Access Service Edge (SASE), Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA)), and software defined infrastructure, infrastructure-as-code (including tools like Terraform, Cloudformation, Ansible, Puppet, Chef, etc) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience in architecting, designing, developing and maintaining a secure complex, enterprise grade, multi-account hybrid cloud infrastructure with cloud security solutions.
• Able to translate business and technical requirements into viable secure cloud-based architecture and cloud security solutions, in compliance with security policies, standards and best practices
