Role and Responsibilities:
Solution/Presales Partner + Client Partner
- Act as Client Partner and fulfil responsibilities expected out of that role
- Key tasks: Manage customer engagements, build strong relationship with the end client and work closely with our global and local delivery teams to expand services footprint on the account, identify additional up/cross sell opportunities and work with local sales team to nurture those further
- Provide solution support for key Bank-Finance/Insurance-Finance opportunities in the region as Solutions Partner
- Be the local finance solutions expert
- Help prepare value proposition and deliver finance solution demos to target customers/prospects
- Other typical pre-sales day to day tasks
