Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities
- Process timely and accurate service benefits/scheme payments and claims in accordance with prevailing policies and guidelines.
- Assess and process applications for claims/benefits/appeals and refund cases for Paid Leave Schemes and ensure that claims are processed in accordance with the stipulated policies and guidelines so that claimants are compensated fairly, consistently and timely.
- Work with a team of colleagues to perform daily operational activities to ensure timely and accurate payments.
- Prepare monthly reports for payments and claims.
- Highlight system issues to the technical team, participate in implementing new system requirements, system upgrades and UAT sessions (when necessary).
- Conduct verification checks on records of claims and assist in queries/clarifications by auditors.
- Manage customers’ queries and requests received through phone call (enquiry hotline) and emails
- Any other work areas as and when delegated, such as provision of data or information report for trend study/projects/review of SOP/processes/FAQs, etc.
