Description
STV is currently seeking a Civil Engineer for its Buildings and Facilities group in Douglasville, PA. The candidate will work on a wide variety of projects including conceptual master plans, schools, mixed-use projects, Higher Education facilities, office buildings, industrial buildings, commercial buildings, and civil/site structures. Individuals will be working with a civil design team processing civil engineering documents associated with commercial, industrial and institutional land development projects within the Douglasville and Philadelphia Metropolitan area.
The ideal candidate will have at least a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering. Experience with Civil 3D is preferred.
- Minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering
- A minimum of 8 years experience required
- Experience with grading, erosion/sediment control, storm water management, parking lots, utilities, i.e. water, sewer, storm drainage, and conduit for both public and private sector clients
- Experience with land development processes and working with local officials to obtain building and land development permits.
- Good communication skills, written and verbal.
- Enjoys working in a collaborative environment
- Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred
