Responsibilities
- FTP site electronic file management through Revit and/ AutoCAD
- Responsible for keeping local and cloud models in sync for Detailer/Drafter use
- Drafting and modeling of components and equipment as directed by the BIM Coordinator using Revit and/or AutoCAD
- Responsible for organizing and tracking department Requests for Information (RFIs)
Skills and Experience:
- Proficient verbal & written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, and Excel.
- Proficient with 3D Revit and/or AutoCAD software programs (1 year of experience preferred)
- Above average proficiency to read and understand construction drawings
- Above average organizational skills in handling & archiving technical data
- Familiar with Bluebeam
- Familiar with Autodesk Navisworks including development and management of clash detection.
Recommended that the candidate have an Associate’s degree in CAD Drafting and/or 3 year industry experience as a CAD-BIM Technician and/or Drafter.
Compensation Range: $25 to $35 an hour
