ADP is hiring a Business Process Improvement Project Leader (Project Leader Field Business Analyst). This position leads the work activities of assigned projects pertaining to the development and implementation of new or revised ADP products, systems, enhancements and processes. Assigned projects are of a relatively high level of complexity involving multiple departments, regions and operating systems. Functions as a liaison between and among departments and business unit stakeholders in order to analyze business requirements, develop project plans and effectively implement new programs or products. Effective project management and communication skills as well as in-depth knowledge of ADP products, BU operating systems and processes are required.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Facilitates the communication between and among departments, business units, team members and stakeholders in order to analyze business requirements and roll out new or revised products, systems and processes to the Implementation field.
- Analyzes and identifies field business needs and participates in the development of plans, programs, operating systems and processes to address them. Ability to translate and communicate business needs into technical requirements.
- Organizes and leads work activities of medium and large size project teams including providing direction and overseeing the work of other team members and SME’s. High level of comfort communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Monitors and reports on the status of assigned projects including identifying actual or potential issues and risks which may impact final results or deliverables. Provides routine updates to the business and senior levels of leadership.
- Analyzes the impact of new or revised products, programs, systems and processes on operations. Identifies potential problems and assumes a lead role in coordinating their resolution with appropriate departments and resources.
- Proactively identifies support issues pertaining to new products, programs, systems, processes and develops and/or provides appropriate resources.
- Maintains comprehensive knowledge of applicable products, operating systems and processes by participating in focus groups, product committees and business conferences as well as visiting regional office.
- Performs other relevant duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration required or the equivalent in education and experience.
Experience:
- Expert-level knowledge of operations workflow methods, procedures and various operating systems
- Demonstrated project management experience involving projects with high levels of complexity required
- Participation in large scale, high visibility organizational change projects related to system deployments
Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:
- Vizio experience and expertise highly preferred
- Lean Six Sigma certification(s)
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills to technical and non-technical audiences
- Critical thinking, analytical and PC skills
- Project management experience
- Change management experience
