Job Responsibilities:
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs specifically for the learning industry.
- Familiar with learning solutions (e.g. LMS, TMS, LCMS, Classroom technologies, learning analytics etc.)
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
- Prepare sales contracts adhering to law-established rules and guidelines
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Build long-term relationships with technology & services partners, solution providers etc.
- Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in business administration, sales or relevant field
- At least 5 years of proven working experience as a business development
- Proven sales track record
- Experience in learning solutions, technologies preferred.
- Experience in cloud technologies is a plus
- Knowledge in Learning technologies in a plus
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport
- Time management and planning skills
