RHA Inc. delivers a broad portfolio of energy efficiency program design and management; as well as delivering technical consulting services. The Building Energy Assessor will conduct building audits for energy efficiency retrofit projects. The Assessor will work with engineers, contractors, local cities, and other construction professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standards of quality. They will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including developing project schedules, coordinating subcontractors, communicating with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations. He/she must have a strong understanding of building codes and regulations, building equipment/appliances and project management principles.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Two years of experience in residential home energy retrofits and/or working in energy efficiency programs
- Experience with multi-family residential, non-residential and/or commercial energy audits preferred
- Professional Certifications, including but not limited to BPI, CEM, HERS, PMP, NATE or LEED preferred
- Experience performing inspections

Salary Range:
$29.00 – $34.00 per hour, DOE
