Job Title: Systems Engineer III
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and program a written sequence of operations based on mechanical drawings.
- Lead and schedule commissioning efforts
- Actively participate in LEED commissioning and coordination meetings
- Understand the design of mechanical equipment and systems.
- Chiller, Boiler, Custom AHU’s, Primary/Secondary pumping, Variable flow Chilled water plants, Clean Room Applications, Demand Response
- Design and implement complex electrical control circuits.
- Hardwired Interlocks and Relay logic
- Provide solutions for energy-saving opportunities and potential scopes of work for control implementation.
- Perform training for Systems Engineer I and II.
Job Specifications (incl. Education requirements, minimal experience, computer skills required, etc.)
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferably Electrical or Mechanical) or equivalent field experience.
- 10 + years of direct automation experience with control systems and programming required.
- Working knowledge of at least three HVAC controls systems (preferably Delta, JCI or Andover)
- Knowledge of mechanical systems
- Ability to interface with customers at a supervisory and management level.
- Engineering skills required include knowledge of electronics, mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics and computer programming.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good computer skills, understanding of controls networking.
- A valid driver’s license is required.

Compensation Range: $60 – $75 Per Hour.
