Description

Are you passionate about transforming and optimizing business processes? Join our team as an Automation Project Manager and manage a portfolio of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) projects across Worldwide Operations. We collaborate with functional organizations within Apple to scale new technologies across digital initiatives. A successful individual is a leader and facilitator; is dynamic, driven, organized and meticulous; excels in program management; communicates with ease at all levels; thrives in an ambiguous environment and is adept at facilitating actions and resolving issues. •Lead the ideation, prototyping, and business justification/validation of solutions •Work closely with engineering teams on technical development and deployment of high-quality solutions •Lead the execution of scalable solutions to support core internal customer needs and to improve process efficiencies •Process re-engineer to build out enhancements •Program management of RPA initiatives – scoping, prioritization, resourcing, and implementation •Driving the delivery and execution of business process solutions, focusing on continuous improvement •Comfortable and flexible in managing across various projects

Minimum Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience leading project teams to deliver intelligent process automation projects
• Technical expertise and deep understanding of robotic process automation using tools like Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, UiPath, etc.
• Results oriented and attention to detail
• Ability to deliver highly complex and ambiguous large-scale initiatives under pressure
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to present to management

Preferred Qualifications

• A degree in engineering preferred. Masters or MBA are considered a plus
• 4+ years of experience with robotic process automation

Pay & Benefits

• At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $151,200 and $227,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
