You will be part of the HR team that drives and implements human resource strategies and initiatives. You will partner line department heads closely and be responsible for the management of both operational and business–related human resource matters, which include strategic workforce planning, manpower reviews and budgeting, talent acquisition and management, compensation and benefits, process improvement, employee relations and workplace productivity projects. You will also ensure that all HR practices are aligned with the Hospital’s policies and procedures.
Job Requirements
- Good degree, preferably with a Graduate Diploma in HRM
- At least 3-5 years of HR managerial experience, preferably in a complex large organisation or MNC
- Strong analytical ability and a forward-looking mind to prepare a future-ready workforce
- Ability to be resilient and work effectively in a fast-paced and changing environment
- Team player and self-starter, able to engage and connect with people at all levels
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Being competent in the following areas is advantageous but not essential: ability to understand workforce issues and partnering senior management to design solutions, handling HR data to obtain insights on trends for manpower planning, and talent management
