Description
- Provide entry-level support to Quality Assurance department
- Ensure that assigned products meet quality requirements for the customer and the company.
- Review Quality trends based on collected quantitative data and interactions with quality and operations personnel.
- Works with Quality Engineers to perform inspection analyses and failure analyses and tests.
- Reviews corrective actions that have been implemented in the production processes.
- Acquires skills and experience necessary to perform quality engineer tasks.
- Support NCR/MRB/DMRB processes, working with internal teams and Operations to look into Root Cause and Corrective actions (RCCA).
- Evaluates and analyzes the efforts in organizing, documenting and interpreting inspection support documents and records.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement projects, or assist immediate supervisor on implementation of improvement projects
- Participate in the Continuous Improvement programs within the company to reduce waste, reduce cost, reduce errors and improve productivity.
Undertake any ad-hoc projects / duties as assigned by the Quality Manager.

Qualifications
- Degree in Operations and Engineering Management or its equivalent.
- Interest and Knowledge in ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
- Strong written, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, basic computer skills and Power BI.
- Proactive, energetic and able to work in a fast-pace environment
- Attention to details, able to work independently as well as in a team
- Entry level candidates and undergraduates are welcome
