Responsibilities
- Test and perform software/software patches installation and documentation
- Prepare the system and database backup/restore procedures
- Prepare and simulate recovery for the managed applications
- Participate and support the team in system acceptance testing and on-site deployment
- Liaise with Vendor and user to resolve software/system issues both on site and off site
- Comply with project plans and industry standards
Requirements
- Diploma in EEE/Computer Science/Computer Engineering or equivalent
- Familiar with software deployment and repository tools
- Knowledge of digital communications, Microsoft .NET, Scripting languages
- Knowledge of professional software engineering and best practices
- Knowledge of Communication Stack Layer and various communication protocols like SNMP, TCP/IP and UDP
- Knowledge of Firmware development will be an added advantage
- Knowledge of OS/System Hardening will be an added advantage
- Willing to learn and travel to site
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Working location is in Ang Mo Kio
- Singaporean only
