Responsibilities
- Develop heat and mass balance for water & steam cycle in waste-to-energy plant and power plant
- Develop/review process calculation for unit components such as condenser, deaerator, superheater, pumps, heat exchanger, boiler, HRSG, STG and etc
- Develop PFD, P&IDs, system descriptions for water & steam cycle
- Develop technical specifications for vendors, e.g., heat exchangers, pumps, valves, condenser, deaerator, superheater, boiler, HRSG, STG, and etc
- Review and evaluate technical proposal from vendors
- Review equipment layout, piping specification and piping arrangement
- Support for developing test and commissioning plan of water & steam cycle
- Lead technical meetings with various stakeholders
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience as Process and/or Mechanical engineer for water & steam cycle in power plant or waste-to-energy plant
- EPC experience is preferred
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Able to multi-task in a fast pace working environment
- Open minded and is able to adopt different ideas for implementations
