Job Responsibilities:
- Planning and managing the software change proposal process
- Coordinate with stakeholders from the cusomter, software engineering and maintenance teams to define the scope of change, work out the effort and duration and track the progress of the change
- Communicate with the customers on the change process and progress and address queries and concerns raised
- Identify and manage risks associated with the software change
- Coordinate with software development and maintenance teams to test, deploy and document all changes in accordance with the company’s processes
- Perform other tasks assigned by the company to assist the development and maintenance teams
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering or related field
- Preferably possess aviation related or similar work experience
