Job Description
- Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards
- Coordinate works between repair centers to ensure component delivered timely and meet authority requirements
- Conducting engineering analysis and feasibility studies to identify potential project challenges and risk
- Monitoring project progress and performance, tracking and reporting on key milestones and deliverables
- Communicating and collaborating with stakeholders, clients, and team members regularly to provide updates and address concerns
- Optimising and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary
- Conduct Project Audits to ensure project execution is in line with company policies and SOPs
- Prepare weekly/monthly project performance reports
Job Requirements
- Degree in engineering or a relevant field
- Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office; working knowledge of program/project management
- Outstanding leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Class 3 driving license is preferred
