Responsibilities:
- Drive sales target and account coverage in designated industry verticals e.g. Government, Education, Healthcare, Regulated Industry and Enterprise.
- Implement sales strategy
- Analyze sales and customers data collected to identify market trends and estimate market demand
- Create lead generation plans to ensure a substantive sales opportunity pipeline
- Coordinate sales activities in line with sales strategy
- Provide trends and market feedback to the senior management via regular review meetings
- Provide customers insights on the challenges and desired business outcomes.
- Implement roadmap for business development
- Develop a business development plan for sales team with critical success factors and targets.
- Lead the pre-sales solution team in design, plan, build and manage the cloud solutions for customers.
- Manage preparation of bid documents and proposals
- Lead the sales and bid process on overall value propositions and results.
- Oversee the development of campaigns, social media presence, seminars, forums, web-site content and case studies
- Manage customer relationships
- Maintain on-going liaison with customers for easier communication
- Develop customers relationships with past and potential clients
- Coordinate communication of new products and/or service introduction, features, benefits, and prices to customers.
- Drive optimum servicing of accounts and timely resolution of potential problem areas.
- Provide experienced knowledge and/or develop competency on various customer relationship and sales management.
- Stay on top of the latest trends and develop business acumen and implications of emerging cloud technologies
- Work as a key member of the cloud business unit.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5-8 years of experience. You have cloud fundamental knowledge on Amazon AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Cloud: Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, PaaS, IaaS, SaaS products and solutions
- Broad Knowledge of Governance, Risk and Compliance: Identity management, security monitoring, various compliance frameworks, and a good understanding of core security concepts and processes as it relates to securing Cloud technologies
- Leadership competency in orchestrating team efforts to drive results and improvement.
