Responsibilities
- Handling medical, transport, dental and other miscellaneous claims processing for clients
- Ensure that all claims are approved timely and accurately before being processed for payments
- Perform administration of accounts for users of the Corporate Taxi Scheme
- Respond timely to customers’ enquires pertaining to claims
- Exercise independent analysis and judgement according to SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and recommend course of action when responding to clients and customers
- Conduct independent reviews of work processes and systems and recommend possible improvements to achieve greater efficiency and effectiveness
- Ensure recoveries of claims are promptly followed up
- Process Payment Vouchers in accordance to SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
- Any other ad-hoc projects or tasks assigned by supervisor
Requirements
- Diploma holder with at least 2-3 years relevant work experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
