We are seeking an experienced and innovative Architect to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a key player in our construction industry, using their creativity and technical expertise to drive our projects from conception to completion.

This role will require extensive knowledge in architectural design, AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3D modeling, project management, building design, and green building.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in the field, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality architectural designs.

Responsibilities :

• Lead architectural projects from the initial design stage to the final construction and handover.
• Develop detailed designs using software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Create 3D models for visualization and technical purposes.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure deliverables are met on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
• Ensure all designs are in compliance with architectural standards and regulations.
• Incorporate green building principles into design plans to promote sustainability and environmental efficiency.
• Regularly review project progress, updating stakeholders and making necessary adjustments to plans as required.
• Continually research and implement latest architectural trends and best practices.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in architectural design and project management within the construction industry.
• Proficiency in architectural design software including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and 3D modeling.
• Strong knowledge of building design, construction processes, and green building principles.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate with various stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Valid license to practice architecture.
• LEED or similar green building certification is a plus.
