Job Details:
We are looking for a dynamic, committed, and talented Permanent Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be involved in all stages of the construction process, from the initial concept to the final handover. They will be responsible for creating functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing spaces by combining their artistic creativity with their technical knowledge. This role provides an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including residential, commercial, and public buildings.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop architectural designs into functional and safe building plans.
2. Use AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and 3D Modeling to create detailed construction drawings.
3. Manage and coordinate with construction professionals, such as surveyors, engineers, and contractors.
4. Oversee the project management and construction administration to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
5. Create and propose budget and time estimations.
6. Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations.
7. Foster and maintain a collaborative professional working relationship with the project team.
8. Design both the interior and exterior of buildings, keeping in mind functionality, safety, and aesthetics.
9. Meet with clients to determine their needs and requirements, adjusting plans as needed.
10. Resolve problems and issues that arise during construction.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
2. Minimum 2 years of professional experience in architectural design and construction.
3. Proficient in architectural software programs such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and 3D Modeling.
4. Strong experience in project management and construction administration.
5. Proven experience in both residential and commercial design.
6. Excellent knowledge of construction drawings and building design.
7. Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and standards.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and coordinate various stakeholders.
9. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve issues that arise during construction.
10. Exceptional creativity and innovation in design, with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
11. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
12. Professional certification in Architecture is a plus.
