Apple Ads is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Finance Billing Analyst with expertise in the Order to Cash (O2C) process to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate credit management, billing, and invoicing while maintaining compliance with the company’s credit policies. You will work closely with internal teams to streamline processes, optimize cash flow, and ensure customers’ line of credit limits are adhered to throughout the O2C cycle.
Description
Oversee and manage the credit limits of customers globally, ensuring that orders and invoices are processed within the available credit line. Monitor and assess customer credit utilization and provide recommendations for adjustments as necessary. Manage the entire Order to Cash cycle with a focus on line of credit, ensuring timely and accurate credit risk assessment and payment processing. Conduct regular assessments of customer creditworthiness, working with the Credit and Collections teams to establish or revise credit limits based on current account activity, historical payment behavior, and financial health. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies regarding the recognition of revenue for customers with outstanding balances and credit limits. Prepare and analyze reports related to billing, credit utilization, aging, and accounts receivable performance, providing insights on the impact of credit management on cash flow. Continuously evaluate and propose improvements in the line of credit and billing processes to enhance efficiency, reduce credit risk, and streamline operations. Work cross-functionally with other departments such as Sales, Engineering, and Legal to ensure seamless execution of the Order to Cash process.
Minimum Qualifications
- 2+ years of financial related experience
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business

- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Interest with systems, financial planning & analysis systems, billing systems
- Strong Excel skills. Solid analytical skills
