Apple’s Real Estate, Design & Merchandising (RDM) teams create and care for Apple Stores that look, feel, and function as beautifully as our products. We do this by obsessing over the employee and customer experience, and driving a strategy that sets the bar. RDM’s Retail Merchandising team inspires our customers to discover, learn about, and buy Apple products, services, and accessories through elevated product presentation and rich discovery experiences. The Geo Retail Merchandising team’s mission is to implement, localize and optimize the WW strategy in the region. The AMR Merchandising Operations Lead is responsible for supporting the Accessories Product Merchandiser across all 2PP/3PP product categories with the execution and daily operations of the product assortment in Apple Retail stores and online for the Geo. Description
– Collaborate closely with the Geo Accessories team to ensure the correct implementation of assortments – Work closely with Geo Product Merchandiser to deliver Geo nuance and strategy for new product introductions – Support 3PP Accessories product lifecycle management – Review and draft store communications on accessory and product assortment – Support 3PP Accessories Geo compliance and product escalation issues – Collaborate with Geo Product Merchandisers to optimize inventory for backstage strategy and clean up – Continual verification of the accuracy of the product assortment across multiple platforms – Provide support during peak NPI and reset activities – Improve tools and develop systems for more efficient workflows and processes
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in merchandising, retail operations or other related fields
- Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, or related degrees preferred) or industry equivalent experience

Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $96,200 and $145,000, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
