What to Expect
The Operations Supervisor role is to manage a team of operators to effectively execute testing objectives. As part of a fast-growing, detail-oriented team, the ideal candidate should be immensely familiar with the day-to-day operations of each site, while supporting overall program goals and balancing requests from other collaborators.
This full-time role may require traveling (up to 20%) to various domestic and international destinations as necessary to support business objectives.
What You’ll Do
- Effectively manage and direct resources to fulfill dynamic and time-critical testing requirements and requests
- Assist in maintaining a rigorous system of recruitment, training, and continuous improvement across all assigned areas
- Ensure that all personnels are properly equipped to execute tests, working with cross-functional teams as needed to maximize throughput
- Dispatch and monitor active test vehicle fleet, minimize operational downtime
- Frequently participates in active test executions and remain hands-on
- Ensure quality data delivery to be on-schedule, including supporting ad-hoc requests and special operational requests
- Maintain open and constant communication with direct reports, and quickly escalate any roadblocks
- Ensure all aspects and areas of the ADAS team under the supervisor’s responsibility are ready and equipped for testing, while maintaining strict oversight of testing plans and timelines
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent work experience in related fields, particularly vehicle/computer engineering, business administration, or similar
- Minimum 2 years of in-vehicle testing experience
- Familiarity with and a working understanding of ADAS technology, including sensors, onboard hardware/firmware
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to take initiatives
- Command line interface experience is beneficial, as is comfort and familiarity with vehicle-interface technology
- Familiarity/experience with basic vehicle diagnostic tools
- Unwavering commitment to safety and security, maintaining a high standard for all the work performed within the supervisor’s operational domain
- Excellent communication skills, plus excellent written and spoken English proficiency

Expected Compensation
$91,200 – $262,200/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
