MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
SPECIFIC
- Responsible for tracking and submission of claims for funded expenses
- Assist to draft budget papers
- Support data generation from the system and preparation of working files for monthly reporting
- Managing daily operations including verifying and supporting of ePay and purchase requisitions
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing, forecasting and budgeting
- Ad hoc duties as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent
- Diploma holders with 3 to 4 years’ relevant experience can be considered
EXPERIENCE
- Minimally 1 to 2 years of basic accounting experience
- Possesses good knowledge of basic accounting/ finance concepts will be advantageous
- Meticulous, organised, able to work independently and meet timelines
- Good team player with excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
- Knowledge in SAP will be an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software
