Description
This position is to manage the development work for KYC platform of Citi. The Manager will join Singapore development team and monitor the design and development of MIS reports for Citi KYC Application. The candidate will work closely with globally present development team, support teams, functional teams, operation teams, interfacing teams, and global/regional program/project stakeholders, the candidate should present in Singapore to provide the global coverage for the clients across globe.
Job Background/context:
Know-Your-Customer (KYC) is a process to perform due diligence when accepting, or renewing periodically, a business relationship. This process ensures compliance with KYC regulations; customer Identification Program Procedures (CIP-P) and other regulatory requirements intended to protect Citi from being used for money-laundering or terrorist financing. This includes Potential money laundering risks and verifying the information when establishing a relationship with a client on a periodic basis. KYC is a single cross-business global KYC platform. The main objective is to reduce KYC Complexity through Business Standardization. This program specifically targeted at improving the efficiency of completing KYC records and reducing the SLAs associated with the creation or renewal of a KYC record.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the team of highly motivated and skilled individuals.
- Advanced report development skills including strong understanding of the Cognos 10..x and Cognos Analytics toolset, including Report, Dashboard, Event Studio and Framework Manager.
- Expertise with Cognos Administration and security.
- Hand on experience in Tableau with certification.
- AML/KYC Knowledge: Understanding of AML /CDD / KYC concepts
- Create technical design specifications
- Ability to handle complex business requirements.
- Work collaboratively in a team environment with the ability to interact effectively with other groups in the organization
- Strong oral written and interpersonal skills for interacting and collaborating with analysts and business staff throughout all levels of the organization; ability to clearly communicate complex business problems and technical solutions.

Knowledge/Experience:
- Essential
- 10+ years of experience as a manager of the reports development team especially with Cognos experience.
- 2+ year of experience in Tableau
- Should manage the team and provide end to end support for successful project implementation.
- Should have experience in Cognos A
- Oracle PL/SQL
- Good experience in Software Development Life Cycle, familiarity with Waterfall and Agile development models
- Desirable
- AML/KYC functional knowledge is a plus
- Knowledge of scheduling tools – Autosys, Cron etc
- Unix
- Java SDK
Skills:
