The Admissions Manager will oversee all daily operations of the Admissions Department including new hire recruitment, team coaching, event participation, enrollment pipeline management, and new student success rates improvement, to successfully reach growth-centered enrollment goals each term.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit, coach, motivate, and supervise our growing team of Admissions Advisors to recruit top talent and improve performance metrics with a customer service-oriented approach.
- Execute quarterly and annual recruitment plans to meet or exceed enrollment goals for both on campus and online degree and certificate programs.
- Develop and implement a data-driven approach to forecasting and monitoring enrollment pipeline stages including appointment setting, interviews, financial aid consultations and new student retention rates.
- Develop and implement a data-driven approach to supervising all prospective student communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Oversee prospective student interviews to identify and motivate qualified candidates and ensure candidates are guided to the right programs to meet their career and educational goals.
- Ongoing team training to improve interview outcomes, overcome objections, increase confidence with program and IT industry knowledge, and streamline processes.
- Collaborate closely with Finance team to ensure successful and streamlined enrollment processes and to ensure prospective students are fully informed of their educational investment.
- Monitor and improve internal processes to ensure all Federal, State, accreditation and institutional policies and procedures are being met.
- Conduct student interviews to evaluate re-entry acceptance and ensure student satisfaction.
- Facilitate and improve student onboarding processes to ensure qualified, ready candidates are entering their programs, including orientation, intro module, and career services preparation.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing team and CIAT Management team to identify new enrollment channels and provide continual feedback analysis for ongoing conversion rate improvements.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and Career Services team to develop outreach strategies to facilitate partnerships with military, high schools, and industry.
- Coach, counsel, and discipline employees, in partnership with HR, using the progressive discipline policy if needed.
- Manage and enforce timekeeping policies to ensure accuracy and timely process of employee’s timecards.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing results as needed.
- Process timely, accurate, fair, without bias, performance reviews.
- Embody CIAT’s mission and the goals of the department.
- Ensure a safe, secure, and ethical work environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and experience preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of previous experience leading Admissions teams in higher education environments.
- Minimum 2 years of experience using enterprise CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent.
- Prefer 2 years in management.
- Experience recruiting students for both on-campus and online programs, understanding the mindset and goals of each type of student, and how to match qualified candidates with the right programs based on their education goals and career goals.
- An in-depth understanding of the technology industry including education and career requirements, technology vendors, certification, and/or credentials requirements.
- Highly proficient data analysis, reporting, and Microsoft Excel skills to present forecasting models, conversion rate analysis, benchmark performance metrics and goal setting.
- A computer savvy and technical mindset willing to learn new systems that are deployed and build automated processes to streamline manual activities
- Strong presentation, public speaking, and writing skills.

Supervisory Responsibility
Supervises the Admissions department employees, including Admissions Advisors.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday. Occasional weekend and evening hours may be required. Travel to military bases, high schools, speaking engagements, conferences, or CIAT sponsored events may be required.

Teaching:
- Available to teach asynchronous and/or live courses either remotely or on campus
- Plan and organize instruction in ways that maximize student learning and engagement
- Modify, where appropriate, instructional methods and strategies to meet diverse student’s needs
- Employ appropriate teaching and learning strategies to communicate subject matter to students
- Current certifications in subjects taught
Mastery of Subject Matter:
- Demonstrate a thorough and accurate knowledge of their field or discipline
- Connect their subject matter with related fields
- Stay current in their subject matter through professional development, through involvement in professional organizations, and attending professional meetings, conference or workshop
Adhering to College Policies and Procedures:
- Ensure Student Database is fully updated and accurate at all times regarding student attendance and grade record information
- Maintain compliance with accreditation related to instructional and the quality of education, scheduled class hours requirements and CIAT policies and procedures.
- Submit documentation: sign-in attendance, pre-post exams, lab sheets, student snapshots, and accreditation/state required documents and others as required
- Communicate to management requirements for textbooks, handouts, supplies, equipment, exam vouchers and other items needed with sufficient notice to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement prior to class
- Promote collaboration with other staff members and participate in the implementation of new projects, ideas, etc.
- Adhere to the CIAT business casual attire. Clothing should be neat, clean, and without rips and holes. We are able to accommodate polo shirts. Please refer to the CIAT Employee Handbook for the complete policy. T-shirts, caps, hooded sweaters, and shorts are not permitted.
- Information Technology Instructors must provide official transcripts of bachelor’s degree and certification on the subject being taught If not certified, must be willing to take and pass the certification
- We are looking for instructor with the following certification: CompTIA A+
- At least 3 years’ experience in the respective field or two years of teaching experience of IT fundamentals, support, etc.
- Advanced subject matter expertise preferred
- Curriculum development experience preferred
- Effective presentation skills
- Effective communication and technology skills
- High level of flexibility, creativity and dependability
- Good working knowledge of MS Office applications including: Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as learning technologies such as Canvas and Microsoft Teams
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to multi task
- Problem solve rapidly and effectively, in a timely manner
- Able to work assigned schedule if needed depending on schedule and coverage
- Works with a sense of urgency, while engaging and listening to coworkers from other departments

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
Days and hours of work are usually Monday through Friday, but weekend and evening hours may be required. Live classes are scheduled twice per week, from 6:00 pm to 10:30 pm.

Compliance Coordinator

Summary
The Compliance Coordinator supports the development and implementation of compliance, policies, reporting, and practices. Monitors activities impacted by regulatory requirements. Utilizes established internal controls and auditing systems to identify, detect, and correct noncompliance. Assists implementation of changes to compliance processes due to new or amended regulations. Prepares and updates communication materials. Assists with training initiatives that inform stakeholders about compliance requirements.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and ensure all compliance-oriented meetings and deadlines are met.
- Organize accreditation files and secure information by completing data backups.
- Collect and analyze results in regard to compliance and report to VP of Compliance.
- Track and report KPI’s to VP of Compliance.
- Handle special administrative projects assigned by the VP of Compliance.
- Read the original ASER and BASER and assist VP of Compliance when writing revisions.
- Assist VP of Compliance with organizing accreditation related projects and tasks.
- Assist VP of Compliance with coordinating plans called for by accreditation.
- Assist VP of Compliance during the state and federal on-site visits.
- Spot check ads, website, manuals, and catalog for compliance.
- Perform audits, analyses and monitor on completed enrollment processes and packets.
- Meet or exceed established deadlines for submission of all collected files.
- Assist VP of Compliance when conducting internal audits of student files.
- Must stay up to date with current regulations, develop programs and practices to help meet guidelines, monitor these practices and maintain all records required to certify compliance.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- At least 2 years of compliance experience in higher education preferred
- Must be able to come in office 4 times a year at least
- Strong organizational and communication skills and the ability to manage multiple and rapidly changing priorities to meet the needs and expectations of employees
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic; dedicated to quality, quantity, and timeliness of results
- Able to handle sensitive information with a high degree of confidentiality
- Possess high ethical standards, being an example of professionalism to others
- Demonstrated ability anticipate needs and exercise independent judgment
- Excellent analytical skills, problem resolution skills and general business acumen
- Proficient skills in MS Office software products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project and ability to learn additional software products
